 To provide the individual and/or professional Private Investigator with the means and resources to search general archives and databases for the information they seek at a very reasonable cost. Usually FREE in the majority of cases.

To offer the visitor additional and more advanced software packages as well as the ones presently described. If you have any recommendations in this area we would be pleased to hear from you.
